Castaways runs on off-grid solar, so high-amp devices can’t be used. Bring your own beach towel and drinking water, as the tank water is for cooking only. Drinking water is available for purchase at Castaways Cafe & Store. Side by side rooms can also be booked to accommodate larger groups (subject to availability)
Our 2 bedroom apartments are perfect an island getaway, Each apartment includes a Queen Size Bed and single beds in the 2 rooms, with an option for a 5th child’s fold-away bed for an extra fee.

Our 3 bedroom apartments are perfect for a family getaway at Castaways on Moreton Island, offering three spacious apartments sleeping six people. Each includes king-size beds and single beds in the 3 rooms, with an option for a 7th and 8th child’s fold-away bed for an extra fee.
