Upon entrance to our property or accessing our services you must abide by all terms and conditions
All accommodation and services provided by Castaways on Moreton Pty Ltd are subject to the following terms and conditions. By completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Reservations and Payment
Payment is charged in full at time of booking. By confirming your reservation you agree to these terms. Please treat the property as your own – we want every guest to enjoy a great experience.
- All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment will be charged to the credit or debit card details provided at the time of reservation.
- Castaways on Moreton accepts no booking as confirmed until full payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.
- Rates quoted at the time of booking are valid for that booking only. Any increase in rates applicable at the time of re-booking will be payable by the guest.
- All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Cancellations
All bookings are strictly non-refundable. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details of applicable charges and credit entitlements.
- Castaways on Moreton does not provide refunds or partial redemptions at any time.
- In the event of a cancellation, no refund will be issued regardless of the reason, including illness, changes in personal circumstances, or events beyond the guest’s control. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
- Requests to transfer or postpone a reservation to an alternative date must be made directly with Castaways on Moreton. Any alternative date must be booked within 12 months of the original booking date, subject to availability.
- When re-booking, any increase in rates applicable to the new dates will be payable by the guest at the time of re-booking. No refund or credit will be issued for any difference in price where new rates are lower.
- Re-booking is subject to availability. New bookings will be governed by the terms and conditions in force at the time of re-booking.
- All promotions and specials apply to new bookings only and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Privacy Policy and Online Security
We collect personal information (name, contact details, payment info, and marketing preferences) solely to manage your booking and provide our services. We do not sell your data.
We may share information with trusted service providers to operate our business. Our property uses CCTV for security, and drone photography for marketing may incidentally capture guests. You can request access to, or correction of, your data at any time.
Group Terms and Conditions
Group bookings of 10 or more guests are managed directly with our team and are subject to separate terms. Please contact us to begin the booking process — group reservations cannot be made through our online booking system.
